JimsList.com is a result of an idea  some 20 years ago.   Jim Forde was the marketing manager for a national appraisal company.   This was before the day of the internet that we take for granted today.  Calls would come in from agents across the country who were using our preferred appraisers but now wanted to know who the best title company was or who had the best notary service.

The service was free and Jim was happy to do it. The only requirement was that the agent had to report back to Jim on the quality of the service that was recommended. The information was first on index cards and then as was transferred to a large data base that is now  known as Jims List.

Today JimsList.com is an independent company. In addition to having the best pre-filtered list of real estate providers in the US we have the technology to have our providers gain exposure through our network.

Having the best real estate providers is great but it is not great if the provider can not be found. Jim has helped thousands of real estate providers better understand and use the internet to grow their business.
 

JimsList.com has grown due to the great service that the providers give but also due to the marketing education that the providers get.  We believe in constant webinar training courses that help our providers be found and generate leads.
